Joanie Lemercier is a French artist primarily focused on projections of light in space and its influence on our perception. He has always had a strong interest in physical structures: geometry, patterns, and minimalist forms. Since 2006 Lemercier has worked with projected light, and co founded the visual label AntiVJ in 2008, with Yannick Jacquet, Romain Tardy and Olivier Ratsi.
In 2013, he founded a creative studio to develop installations, gallery pieces and experiments using projected light in space.
